I baked some salmon and took it to work cold with a couscous salad made with chargrilled halloumi, roasted peppers, chillies, spring onion green ends, coriander and a lime and olive oil dressing.

Sarnie is easy to at at desk As I’m part time I don’t get lunch but need to fuel my run home! Yesterday I had mixed beans and tuna with salad dressing Given I only have 4 weeks left at work I’m more inclined to leave my desk! |
