It's got a very tight metal screw-in lid with a folding spoon that fits into it and then a plastic cover thing that also screws on.

I'm minded to start taking my lunch instead of spending millions in Pret so will follow this thread. However for a while I'm working at an office building with a crazy Chinese canteen that is only open 1215 - 1245. If you turn up after about 1240 you get told off by the lady.
