I think requiring those of us who grew up in the west of Scotland to eat salad is very culturally insensitive. Unless possibly served on top of a really greasy doner kebab.

I grew up in a household in which Diet Culture was prominent. A plate of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and tinned salmon drizzled with salad cream would give me flashbacks.
