He wrote the famous fell running book - Feet in the Clouds. The latest book is about running as an over 65 and some of the advantages and disadvantages of this. Chapter 3 is worth a read if nothing else and you can read it for free as it is part of the downloadable sample you can read on Kindle - the bit about the Over 80s Bushy Park parkrunners is truly inspiring! My step-dad is still running the occasional parkrun at 84 and my mum only just stopped running at 81 so I know this is possible. So at least two more decades guys!
