How much do your arms become involved in your running Chunks? I’m getting visions of a chimpanzee type of scuttle😂

Incidentally I got my flu jab at the beginning of October from Supadrug . Price was up quite a bit from last year but for peace of mind it was worth it.

Chunky, you won't need to take your GPS watch with you on your run now - the flu vaccine has a chip in it, it's a trial for the chips going into the Coronavirus vaccines

We were very impressed by the slick operation at our local surgery for the influenza vaccination. It was an in-one-door-and-out-the-other affair. No waiting. I guess it was good training to get the Jab WAVA up in preparation for the Covid Marathon.

Did someone mention chips? They're not the same now that they're not wrapped in newspaper.

you have to serve chips with cheese on them then you can call them a substantial meal and have a beer with them

In Big Town today I saw some people having Substantial Meals. A local place was finally getting to use the bit of street it had co-opted and gazeboed.
The first person I saw with a beer at table noticed me and started smiling, I can well imagine what my expression at spying the amber nectar (well, pint of Tennents) looked like.
