I had a white chocolate mini Magnum earlier - all this talk of ice cream made me do it.

Still not had a Magnum in 2019, here's what gets stuck in one from the Magnum thread, it even has milk and cream! Ice Cream: Milk, Cream, Sugar, Whey, Mono And Diglycerides, Locust Bean Gum, Vanilla Bean Specks, Carrageenan, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Annatto Extract (Color). Belgian Milk Chocolate Coating: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Liquor, Milk, Milk Fat, Soy Lecithin (Soy Lecithin), Natural Flavor, Pgpr (Emulsifier). Enjoy! |

I like Mackie's Ice cream Ingredients Whole milk (60%), whipping cream (21%), sugar, milk solids, glycerine, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), pasteurised free range eggs, stabilisers (sodium alginate and guar gum). But I much prefer homemade - I have a freezer bowl attachment for my Kenwood |
