I’m having a cut back week as my body shouted at me to stop on Sunday so not sure what I’ll do, other than it’ll be more than last year.

That's the second day of the West Highland Way Race so I'll hopefully manage a few miles starting from midnight 😀

I'll be running the Trionium Midsummer Munro up and down Box Hill. Billed as...A 'gratuitously difficult' half marathon with height gain/loss of more than 3000 feet - equivalent to a Scottish Munro - an 'ultra-half'. Fun!

Hmmm, i'll be coming back from a camping trip, so probably a 5k after the kids go to bed.

Back in November 2021, Oscar the Grouch came up with a great idea in his blog: fetcheveryone.com/blog/9803/2021/11/438330

Sadly, we lost Oscar very suddenly in March of this year. As such I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him and the inspiration he gave us to come together and get moving.

A totaliser will appear on the site in the next few days, and on Oscar's Everyone Day it will record the total distance we all cover on the day. It doesn't matter what it is ...
