Nellers 7 Aug 11:56am, 7 Aug 2024 43,523 posts	0 Nellers And amongst all the fuss about the fallers did anyone else spot the cameraman covering the high jump wander out onto the track in front of the second 5000m heat and have a bunch of the runners having to detour round him? Luckily no-one brought down and no harm done but that could have been a catastrophe!

Nellers 7 Aug 2:36pm, 7 Aug 2024 43,528 posts	0 Nellers Twice now at the velodrome (once in a pursuit last night, just now in Keiran) they've had problems with the bell not being rung for the last lap and competitors continuing to ride after the race has finished (and possibly not knowing to time their finish?). The Pursuiters rode another lap at full pelt and didn't look happy when they realised what had gone on.

Couldn't find a thread so thought I would start one.

Who else is off to watch or who is watching at home?

We're doing Lille and Paris and a mix of sports. Currently trying to find travel insurance that includes ticket cancellation as some of the trains in the UK might be difficult and we have some internal French trains to do as well.

Also need to work out the new Paris metro ticket/app combo (Navigo I think).
