My gardening volunteer session at a heritage farm museum. 1. Lambs bleating loudly in their overnight barn, waiting for their breakfast bottles. 2. Being accompanied by hens in and out of the flower border when weeding. 3. The joy and laughter of the young children seeing the animals. |

Had to march to the pharmacy for housemate's prescription - hopefully it will stop him being a grumpy-arse. But in the meantime: 1. Two small colourful birds (maybe finches? I'm not good on bird recognition outside of Robins, pigeons and magpies!) playing chase in the hedges and pavements. 2. Weather roulette. Is it rainy? Is it windy? Is it sunny? All three it is, then. 3. Sorry to Mr Tuxedo J. Cat (real name unknown) for disturbing his comfortable sunny spot. He did not react well to my friendly greetings. |
