At and on the way home from parkrun:

1. Being recognised by and chatting with the nurse involved in my dialysis treatment over twelve years ago and hadn’t seen since.
2. An ideal day for running.
3. Seeing a Roe Deer on the verge looking right towards me as if waiting for me to pass before crossing.
