I tripped over a tree root during parkrun this morning. I felt like I was actually flying for a split second which was very pleasurable. Fortunately not too bad a landing and no blood!

Dog somehow got poo stuck to her backside. Tried to wipe her but had to resort to sticking her in the shower. Poor dog is not quite herself and is just coming into her first season.

Gosh she's quite young for her season isn't she Dio? Or maybe, since my experience is wholly with Labradors, they're just late developers. That would entirely be in keeping with that breed
