I did intervals too. Mine were 6 x 1km, but I've put that down as joker intervals. First intervals for ages and first time I've done km intervals ever. I forgot my late yesterday newt - we've decided (my idea) to ban our ipads from the bedroom. We both tend to stay on them till lights out. Last night we read paper books instead

Newt failure here:
I did a slightly different set at track tonight - 5 x 120 with emphasis on different parts of the rep, but it wasn't really new. And I bought some ice cream from Tescos, Seeing as I studiously avoid Tescos on principle it was a newt - but so wrong on all counts that it doesn't qualify.
Suppose I could start a new book tonight....

I did a newt walk. Just shy of 2 miles from NotSoSmallFry's band rehearsal to a church, half an hour of bell ringing and then back via slightly shorter route. The band are rehearsing Teddy Bears Picnic just now.
