Strictly speaking it was yesterday it happened but I've just remembered: My track session was enjoyable - nothing spectacularly good about it, but 'good' nevertheless, the sun was shining and I must have felt in a nicely even keeled but positive frame of mind. Er... I praised myself! 'So what' a nation* cries. It struck me that I just don't. Specifically I said to myself, 'You do three track sessions a week, Sharkie Summers, not many women in their 60s can say that. Track sessions!' And I smiled at the world. * a few Fetchies reading this page.
