Getting your rescue dog is a true King Newt, Maz.
Do you think if we asked nicely we might get a newt icon sometime?

I was just envisaging a newt with a crown.

I am in London trying to get my head round freehold and leasehold law and requirements . Newt but not a good one. I have a long meeting on Monday with my upstairs and downstairs neighbours.
I am slightly panicked and worried.

It's almost a newt, isn't it? And its original owner isn't around much nowadays

With do-it-different very much in mind this morning I took a new route from Victoria to Battersea. I know central London pretty well by bike and foot so no big deal I suppose. But I always walk the same way, almost on auto pilot, so I turned left much earlier hoping to get down to the embankment.
I obviously planned my original route with care... the new way took longer, was further and not particularly inspiring. I did find myself on Turpentine Lane, but it was a very dull road.

Freehold and leasehold law sounds like a Nasty Newt. Possibly a poisonous one.

Might sound the Death Knell on my savings, Maz.

Ok another small newt, I have just oiled my griddle pan after using it and lightly cleaning. Yeah I know, thrillsvilles. I think you are supposed to do it but I never have.
