Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good luck NZC, NY is an easier course than Boston, you'll do great.

Guys if you like a bit of a fight you should check the RW marathon thread:-) We have been told off for discussing our training on it!

Contraversial, well a while back, it was implied I shouldn't be asking Qs because I wasn't going with 2:09, but Sports Tours instead. A very strange and unfriendly thread really ( present company excepted!)

Although, they were a bit better today and got some good hints of where to take LMG while we are there!

Cheers Diva.

My first Q is with the early bus to the start, they take us to the bus stop don't they, I wouldn't want to end up in the wrong place that morning!

Yep. They have a notice board in the hotel lobby area with instructions. From the Belvedere it was leaving at 4.30am and a gentle stroll. They give you one a plastic tank top thingy to keep you warm (or to use to sit on at the start/waiting area). It was a nice but slightly eerie feeling seeing runners all making their way towards the buses - sort of like something out of a Sci-F movie.

Controversial - I know. NY 07 hampered by a tenant not paying rent and we've been having to find the mortgage repayments whilst (still) trying to get rid of her SO have had to reduce expenditure to doing the Berlin Marathon this year. Sue and I will defo do it again, though.
