Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yep. That's horrifically early. I'm hoping we leave a bit later with 2:09, really.

Has there been any more posting on RW? I feel a bit silly posting simultaneously on both forums, really.

If you fly out on the preceeding Thurs/Fri/Sat - believe me you'll be awake, no problem.

Remember there is no need to catch the first buses to the start, you will just wait at Ft Wadworth longer. It is a 10 min stroll from the Belvedere to the bus pick-up point. You can go later than 0430 and still have plenty of time.

Me me, I have a question. I have heard that they use Gatorade on the NYM course for drinks - is this the same as Powerade that we get here???

I don't think so. I know my friend is planning on ordering Gatorade from the US or something. She's taking the training more seriously than me!

i'll be running with a blader back pack (like a camelbak but form another brand :-) ) with my own energy drink. I use Taut which is a lot easier to drink than any glupyzade.
