All too sobering as we all sneak up in age. A friend told me that far too many people in my age bracket at a recent funeral of a friend of mine back in the UK, were either passing on or retiring through ill health. I'm 58 this year and refusing to play that game with them. I like the idea of retirement but not the ill health bit. More running is the answer.
