My ankle weights have just arrived. I’m glad they are weight adjustable as they are heavy. I will strengthen my quads 😀 I’ve a bacon, potato and onion bake in the oven, we’ll have it with fried cabbage.

Aye Pix, they have little sandbag type pockets, each sandbag weighs 1lb 4oz and there’s 5 separate pockets 😁. Never used ankle weights before.

I have the same kind Jaks. Just checked and I bought them in 2017 when I was injured. Amazon is very handy!

I have a set of 1kg ankle weights from back in the day when there were still a few (other) dinosaurs who preached that running with weights strapped around your ankles was a legitimate way of strengthening your legs.

I have one pair of 2kg ankle weights bought from Decathlon quite recently. They're OK but the velcro is starting to wear out. I've also got 3 pairs of 1kg ankle weights that we bought for little buoyancy adjustments when diving in our dry suits a long time ago. They are better than the Decathlon ones.

I’m definitely not going to run in them 😲 but I’ve got some exercises to do from my physio to help strengthen my quads which still niggles me
