Ness 5 Jan 9:09am, 5 Jan 2025 47,434 posts	0 Ness Have been out for a run. Used trail shoes in case paths were slippery but there was only a light dusting of snow so it wasn't too bad. Long hot shower to thaw out. Now going to have breakfast and cup of tea number one.

It was sleeting at that point (and there was only a thin layer of slushy snow on the paths) so I was ok to run with my trail shoes on. Has taken me ages to thaw out though! 🥶😂
