Have emptied, cleaned and refilled the bird feeder. Cleaned the kitchen and made a pot of tea. Now on the sofa with cup of tea number 3.

Have been busy food shopping and housework. Just had a bowl of muesli for my lunch now having coffee and a mince pie. Need to take Mo out again but she’s flat out on our bed and looks really comfy. |

Be kind to yourself Pix, I know a run may help you but so would a nap. Take care. I have made a veggie curry for tea (in between meetings, naughty gg) but to be fair it only meant putting the veg I chopped last night into a pan with the spices and coconut milk while the kettle boiled and I made a brew. Smells very nice. I feel snoozy. |

Hugs, Pix. ((())) x If it was me, I'd opt for a run to help me get a better night's sleep but you have to go with how your body feels. |

A little run Pix will settle your mind. Although it can be hard sometimes to get out the door for a run, you'll never regret it. Then something nice to eat and an early night. |

Hope you’ve managed to get out Pix. Have made a curry for tea and took the dog out. I’m really tired now but I don’t want to nap as I’d like to have an early night. |
