Having another tea.
It’s misty and drizzly out, will probably get soaked on my run.
Having my hair cut off today, I’m going to ask her for a pixie cut. It’s years since I had short hair.

Glad you got a good sleep GG. I slept right through to just before alarm. Garmin has mostly light sleep.
Best get moving.

Garmin says I slept for less time than idea and that it wasn't restful or restorative

Think that's probably one of the few sensible things Garmin has ever said!

I don't wear my Garmin when I'm asleep so I don't get it telling me what it was like which is probably for the best.
Its suggestion for today was sprints at 3:25/km. That was not ever going to happen!
(I had a 5 min run to test out the ankle)

Lol Idris so true
Just looking at the menu as I eat Gives all the calories I estimate at least 800 if not more
Note at bottom says adults need 2000 so I had better eat more!

And I'm not allowed on ward until 10, they better not have taken her down before I arrive
I'll walk there (2m apparently) which will work off my 2 pancakes 🤣
