Not fully orientated sounds like they turn him upside down occasionally, but making progress is great :)

Long run this afternoon followed by a big roast dinner as made me a little snoozy but keep waking up when there is too much blood in my tea stream.

Off to work soon so must fit another couple of brews in.

If you're coming our way, we'd happily make you a cuppa and take you for a run @halfpint.

When's the trip? Tell us more. Love a good trip. Woohoo!!

Mrs J's just run out of Tesco marmite. Gluten free. So we do need someone to come over with replacements, please 😁

Legs feeling a bit used so lying on the living room floor to stretch out. Volterol on achy spots. Wondering what training to do tomorrow.

Parents came over this afternoon and spent the afternoon gardening. Garden now looks lovely and tidy (and ready for winter)

I need to get my early spring bulbs in soon. Fortunately, some of my dwarf sunflowers have started decomposing so I can clear them out and use the pots they're in.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
