On a sofa, cup of tea.
The beach was lovely today and quite busy as the waves and algae has died down. The kids were all in their lifesaving groups for training/learning.
I have been commandeered to make the cauliflower cheese. I cooked the cauli before going for a walk, cheese sauce to make when I've finished my tea.

Have been out for a run. Luckily managed to get out before the heavy rain set in.
Showered and waiting for Mr Ness to get up then will have first cup of tea and breakfast. Have just seen the news about Sir Chris. That's so sad! 😢

I’ve not even looked at the weather so hearing you lot mention it is a slight worry! I saw Scotland was getting hit so never thought to look down here
