I don't know about your location. Sorry, Pix. I do know that the Great South Run has been cancelled, because of the weather, but that's Portsmouth so miles away from you.

Just taken Ellie for a toilet walk stepped off boat to a huge drop (I think I’ve actually pulled a muscle on top of my leg) the water levels are crazy high we are having cup of tea then in the rain taking all the stuff we can home and hopefully we’ll manage to get back in a couple of weeks to winterise her.

Hope you manage to get home and back Pix and great to find a bus for hospital visits.

If you’re out in the bad weather stay safe.

She’s not going to want to walk either, I reckon.

Had a lovely run in the rain, very mild. Had to run through a flood on the way home. No kingfisher, water too high.

Brew and porridge for breakfast

My RHR has been higher than usual the last two or three day. 52-54 ish. Pah!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
