Got up from the toilet and had a sharp pain underneath my ankle bone. Couldn’t bear weight on it. Shuffled downstairs on my bottom. MrDragon helped me to the hut in the garden and I have my foot up, took some painkillers and put on some ibuprofen cream. Feels fine in the position it’s in but no idea what it’s like in general
