We said last week that we’d go out this Friday but it’s not been mentioned since and I’m fed up being the one to always make the plans so I’m keeping quiet. Son2 said something about making bolognese, unless he’s out and has forgotten he said it. Which is entirely possible.

I'd never knowingly order 3 bags of frozen onion rings, not full price anyway. I was expecting 1 bag, 3 was a surprise, but seems I somehow ordered it. (whereas the bottles of wine at a reduced price and then 25% off were deliberate)

There'd been an "incident" in a room along the corridor during the night and was just asking if we had heard anything, which we hadn't surprisingly as neither of us are great sleepers! Gave us a bit of a fright though as our first thought was something had happened to family. When we checked out there were two police stationed outside the room so must have been a pretty major incident!
