Take it easy. I had a weird runny nose plus itchy eyes at home but the nose didn’t clear on coming away if the eyes did. I’ve got a cough now but feel okay in myself

The family have gone to Paultons Park for the day so I have a few hours of peace, lots to do though. I'd planned a run but I seem to have twisted my knee in bed so perhaps I'll have to cycle instead.

Happy anniversary @HellsBells & MrHB

Lovely view @Derby Tup thanks for sharing I might stick it on the laptop screen and put in on the window!

So much work to do and colleague hasn't logged on, I will do what I can otherwise it will have to wait until I get back!

Was planning on going outside to get some gardening done. Had a phonecall from the charity support worker the hospital has referred me to. She has been told that mum is being discharged from hospital... Today! No information from them. Nothing in place for her care! Need to stay by the phone now! Very stressful! 🥺

Very impressed with our surgery - I filled in the online format 8 am, I had a text at 9:10 giving me a phone appointment at 10:15. They actually called at 9:30, the call was over 15 minutes and we now have a prescription, a plan and a routine appointment for next week.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
