Feeling not quite as unwell as this morning. I've got an hour long meeting coming up, after which I plan to go home and cut the grass. Those two things will probably wipe me out completely. I'm most looking forward to an early night tonight.

I find it's a personal thing - I can do an easy run less than an hour after breakfast, Mr AL would always rather run on an empty stomach.
