Wet to a very nice modern Greek restaurant. The food was very good but now I’m feeling a bit heavy and am £100 lighter in the wallet.

Mr Ness has made another pot of tea so more tea. And a bit of salted caramel dark chocolate. No wine tonight. Having a couple of alcohol free days before the race. Don't know if it'll make any difference. 🤷‍♀️
