Lip Gloss One of my aunt and uncles lived in Alford when I was younger and I had many happy visits up there. Some excellent new year celebrations. I'd love to return some time. Hopefully soon.

Splashy run, heavy overnight rain, lots of surface flooding. But had a great run despite that. Omelette with parmesan for breakfast

Today, my Garmin has the suggestion of... a "Threshold" run.... 2x20:00 @ 8:45/mi 1:05:00 errr! No. I don't think so!

Weird dream that my cousin was furious with me because I was running a town council meeting incorrectly. Seems unlikely for very many reasons.

Had a lie in :)
looks damp out.
Garmin is telling me to do an easy 45 minutes - my plan has threshold 3x10@ 10x. Will see how legs feel for what happens.
