Had a quote for new fences, only about two years after we first asked the fence fitter

Oh so there’s still time for the joiner to quote us for the windows that he said he would do at the weekend - 6 months ago

Velociraptor
I'm not sure this chap would ever have got round to it, but he's doing one of the houses that backs on to ours at the moment and said he'd come back and do ours next week :)

Our joiner has already quoted and when we said yes he then said his prices had gone up due to Covid and he would need to re price…god knows if he is using his fingers to count or no.

Watching Close Encounters.

Cooked dinner to be ready for 3:30 then C got called away to rescue his dad whose mobility scooter had run out of charge. Not a clue how he is going to recharge it or when he’ll be back 🤷‍♀️

Ness
Mr Ness got round to getting in touch with someone who could replace our garage door. They're coming to look at it on Tuesday. Think he's getting fed up with having to open and close the garage door but I can't do it without the counterweights attached (well that's what I've told him anyway! 😉).

Tea, home
Had to walk to the coop for bread and fruit and the boys had eaten it all while we were away.
Catching up with this morning’s GNR, can watch without some of the waffle this way.

Walk in park ended up as an unsuccessful attempt to retrieve a ball from the ditch of a bowling green and behind iron railings.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
