Beach and sea are the busiest I've ever since it, but if you walk a bit further you will still get the sea more or less to yourself. Can't decide whether to shower and change into normal clothes or if I'll go back for another dip this afternoon.

Crackers and ham for lunch but I really need to go to Asda but I don’t think they will let me in… I haven’t showered after my run yet as I knew I would be out in the garden and so will need one later before going out tonight.
