I have done my 30 minute ‘strength’ workout. This should be mundane, but isn’t because I haven’t done it for a long while.

Finally found one that would take clothes, and took the books to the secondhand shop where sallykate’s daughter helps out. Now to try to find a recycling bin for the more worn out clothes, all the locals ones are either full or seem to have been removed. Might have to wait until the next time we go to the dump. Lunch was a nectarine and a glass of water.
