I bailed on our ride after an hour or so as I didn’t feel right (achy ribs, tight chest, tired legs) and knew it was daft to commit to such a big day in the heat. I’ve had a lovely relaxing day. L has bad heart stroke and required a lift back.

The first thing I have to do is work out how to get a full wash done in 1 hour or less. Glad to hear you're much improved dipps, but don't overdo it now.
