Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Cherry clafoutis for pudding tonight. It was nice but the cherries were a bit tasteless :-(

I burned my arm with the oven again tonight - just about the same place as a couple of weeks ago. I obviously don’t like section of my arm then

We had Mrs Jigs Mexican lasagne tonight. It’s been added to the list of options acceptable to all 3 of us. This is almost exciting

That's good!

We had salad and I'm now eating key lime pie and drinking tea and watching Rogue One. Which would be pretty perfect except I have to call my Mum.

Been on a Sherlock binge all afternoon and suddenly it's darkening and I have done nothing else.

My mum called me and asked me my opinion on an article I haven't read, by someone who used to work in the same field as me that I've never heard of, about something that I don't do at work to do with diagnosing corona virus. I found that quite annoying.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
