I think I’m going to have clip the dog today. I am not looking forward to this job.

C9 was woken at 4 by the cat crunching mouse bones on the carpet. Interrupted night for us all

Washing up done. I think I'll steer clear of the seafront today. Traffic jams already being reported on the radio and idiots jumping off cliffs hospitalised yesterday.

A man arrived at 10am to collect the 6ft bookcase he bought from us. His car is not big enough. He and OH are still outside playing bookcase/car Tetris 🙄

Am quite enjoying the assorted ex-partner chat.
Been for sticky run. Fed birds. Watered little bit of garden where there is a plant I want to save. Ascertained that I have a self-seeded tomato plant, which makes me happy. Got attacked by ants. About to shower and do some parkrun admin. Amazing that it still takes up so much time when there hasn't been one for weeks.

I watched ‘Crawl’ at 6am yesterday. Don’t know if you can get it (was on Sky). Swimmer v alligators v hurricane. Entertaining enough for first thing in the morning.
The man who bought the bookcase left it standing in the road whilst he fiddled around with his car. OH was indoors looking for tools. The wind blew the bookcase over and cracked it 😳
