Home, via Tesco. I went to Tesco instead of Asda because Asda doesn't stock Honey Nut Shredded Wheat. Tesco didn't have any either. I got extra chocolate eclairs because they've got about the same nutritional composition.

I've zoomed with the Beavers. It's lovely seeing them. I really do miss them and they are being awesome during lockdown.

I Zoomed with Eldest Son, his Mrs., and Little Grandson this afternoon. Son has grown a beard. I am not keen.

Forgot - yet again - about the 8.00 o'clock applause. Only rememberred it once since it started.

In bed - 5am alarm on for a run. Hopefully a better head day tomorrow.
AR I have the same breakfast and lunch everyday ( boring I know but it works for me ) so it is only main meals and any snacks I vary. Occasionally I change lunch at the weekends
