Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That sounds good Linds. We’re supposed to be gardening this afternoon but I think Stef is waiting for me to ‘take the lead’

Son 1 (furloughed) helped by son 2 (traineeship terminated) are making a project of clearing my vegetable garden (abandoned for 10 years). I helped a bit this morning, son 1 is out there now and I must join him soon. We've got potatoes and carrots in, and cabbage and French bean seedlings on the way

Plenty of traffic here compared with a few weeks ago but still more bikes. So many bikes! I went and picked up beer from a local brewery so now I’m drinking TEA for the rest of the day. Had a gorgeous walk on the way home too, might drive to run there next time I go running as there was plenty of parking and loads of different paths in all different directions.

I thought I was going to be gardening this afternoon but I’ve ended up getting stuff out of the garage and hanging a cupboard in the kitchen.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
