The mother of a previous girlfriend of my nephew was an underwear model for M&S adverts. Unfortunately the relationship fizzled out before we met her, so unable to assertain what the job specification for this work was.😏

My son's cousin is a model for an underwear company in Oz...all I can say is wow what a body.

Lunch time before inspecting my work cause I think it's finished and glad I had enough paint as that would not have been essential shopping in B&M

She plays hard to get, she smiles from time to time
It only takes a camera to change her mind . . .

We made a space in garage for some weights and looked out the cheap Argos bench/rack we've had for years and never really used. Bar is really thin, but better than nothing! Had first virtual session with PT yesterday and can barely use my upper body today (pull ups involve going up a step ladder and hanging from a bar over the rafters - how very safe!). Acquired another set of dumbells from neighbour clearing his shed yesterday. Sandbag arrived this morning, so we have filled it with 60kg of sand - it is a beast!

Made soup, but it wasn't quite ready for lunch, so had scrambled eggs instead. Away to blitz soup and add butter beans.

Cheese and coleslaw sandwich. Is not as nice as I had hoped. Olives. They are yummy.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
