I couldn't paint the lintel because OH knocked the tin of Weathershield off the shelf when he was putting his bike away in the cupboard under the stairs. The lid popped off and the paint went not quite everywhere, but near enough. By the time we'd (well, I'd, actually) cleared it all up I couldn't be bothered to tackle the painting. It can wait til the autumn now.
