A rainbow has a frequency range - red light has a frequency of 430 terahertz, and violet light is 770 terahertz, so that bit is actually correct. The rest of it might just as well be random words for all the sense it makes.

Sorry, there were more words after ‘frequency of a rainbow’? I had to stop reading at that point because my brain broke.

GlennR that was the point of my white light comment, though I wasn't explicit about the frequencies making sense. I had to check, technical references to light generally use wavelength rather than frequency.

Rainbows frequently appear when it's sunny and raining at the same time. That's all I have on science I'm afraid.

I may have said it before on here, but if you want to “enliven” your water molecules, the best way is to stick them in a kettle and boil them. Best not to drink them straight afterwards, though.
