It's the antithesis of PRINCE2, which is completely the other way... agree that agile as applied locally is, erm, fluid! Much talk of sprints and scrums to try to make it seem structured.

Bake is probably more acceptable these days than "roll your own" ... but both sound like they come from those opensource bedroom "coders" ;)
