Apologies to Glenn for a rant he’s heard in various media and experienced live many times but... you cannot by any reasonable definition describe something that needs plugging into an electric socket as a tool watch. And at that price you can’t call it a beater
I have two tool watches (at least one of which is also a perfect beater) - a W300G and an SKX007. Neither of them needs so much as a battery.
Closest Garmin have come to a beater (which isn’t quite a tool watch, see above) is the old Fēnix 3.
