Brilliant pebbles?
My grandchildren hide conkers around the room because someone told them it keeps spiders away. I suspect their conkers have as much effect on their 'auditory experience' as Brilliant Pebbles would. Have we missed a marketing opportunity?.

There probably already is :-)

(Though breathing is actually a bit more technical, and a skill that can be developed. So maybe they are not _all_ entirely useless... )

[Helegant ~ I could do with that app as my autonomic function is slightly screwy and I and don't realise I've stopped breathing until I begin to feel 'slightly off' :-o

If I were a whole horse rather and not just it's arse, I'd be concerned about being referred to as 'Glue Factory' ;-) ]

Apparently iWatch tells you when to breath. Well when to do breathing exercises. I am not an iWatch owner although admittedly totally neglect myself through lack of breathing exercise. Although I do breath. Quite a lot.

Breathing is about the only exercise I can guarantee to do every day of my life. Is there a Fetch streak badge for it?
