I'm one of those who is unsure of stressing the muscles on consecutive days. So I'm alternating press ups and sit ups, although because I started them at different times, they're a bit out of synch. 3x9 press ups last night (hard) and 3x5 sit ups today (easy ish)

OK I've joined the group. Just done 3 sets of 1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 today. That's 84 push ups. Plan to do 3 sets of 8,9 & 10 tomorrow (81 press ups).

Wow, good going 'Chaser.
Sounds like a very good idea Jason. Might steal that idea.
I enjoyed a 3x10 recovery today. Will be going for 3 x 19 over the weekend.

Welcome to the class new ones!
Had a day off yesterday so just done 3 x 36 and the last week or so the first set is the hardest and the second two sets seem easier, which I suppose is a good thing as not wanting to struggle on the final set.
Well done all

3x8 & 3x9 done today. Planned to do 3x10 tonight but ran out of time due to unexpected trip to Exeter to fix plumbing leak.

Just completed 3 x 16, which after yesterdays chest workout in the gym was surprisingly easy.
