Evening all.
There is NO way I'm gonna get to 100 lol
Managed my 3 x 35 this evening, like yesterday the 1st set was tough and the second and third I managed to get through.

back on it - 3 x 32 just done. Did feel easier after a few days off!
Interesting discussion on tactics on this week's podcast - a clear acceptance that this is not a good training method - fun challenge though
