3x15 this morning. First set easy. Second set hard from 11 upwards. Third set very hard. Think I need to consolidate on 15 for a few days. Club run with Alchester tonight, so tomorrow should be a good test.

I think it might be the strain of getting back up again - one foot comes off the floor, the other knee has to bear all the load. I am actually made of (vegan) butter!

Now up to 3x59 ..... It doesnt get any better .... had a rest day yesterday as I had run out of juice. Tonight 5 miles of HW then 3 x60 !!!!
