3 x 19 done. Big one tomorrow 3 x 20! Also started February challenge for sit-ups . Did 3 sets of 1,2.3.4.5.6 & 7 today. Plan to catch up with press-ups to do same number each day. I think sit-ups are easier so should be able to catch up soon.

Dog, if you want to do the Bob Graham Round, you will need a good core. So here is the kick you need. 3 x 16 tomorrow to get you restarted!!
