3 x 14 done, with a stretch or two in between. Gaps are becoming longer, and the last few of the third set were getting slower, but hey, I still managed it.

Went out for a run with the club. 5.5miles with hills, warm up and cool down so 6.5 ish miles. Then I remember Im behind. Oh God its difficult. I got my 3.13 done, weren't too bad. Im planning to get the set im behind done one day to catch up properly.

lise I guess the arms can just recover from low teens numbers of reps and get stronger by the next day. But it cant go on for ever. That three of us at 15 so far.

The thought of 3x100 is mad....might have to take a day off work to fit them in, it'll take ages
