Hey Pushers!

Managed my 3 x 15 this morning but no time to post. Felt good on first two sets and half way through the 3rd it just kicked in. Managed the session in 2 mins 44 secs and guess my recovery will start to increase this week. But enjoying the challenge so far!

C'mon Longboat 90 mins still remaining :-)

Foxy Davy
is this the 100 press ups every 30km of Comrades the guys were talking about ? good luck - the 89.28km was enough without 300 press ups !!!

Yes it is Foxy, but I am just trying the press ups, without the Comrades as well!

Congratulations on the winner of the week shout - just got round to listening to that bit this morning! Well deserved

Did my 3 x 16 mid run this morning - in the dark in the middle of a golf course - might have looked slightly suspicious!

Sod that FD!

Nice one LB and Jingle Snells.

3 x 16 done felt ok, worked a bit on the last set ensuring good form.

Keep it up!

Dogtanian
I took the last couple of days off because I had a few aches and groans in my arms. Just did 3 x 14 and found them really hard. I was properly shaking on the last few push-ups. I think I have reached my limit.

About This Thread

Maintained by Dogtanian
Start on day 1 with 3 x 1 press up. On day 2 move to 3 x 2 and keep increasing by one every day. If you fail to do the target for the day then you try the same number the next day, only increasing when you have done the session properly. The Marathon talk challenge is to get to 3 x 100 push ups.

There are no real rules except all three sets must be done in the same session though. No going to wash your hair/walk the dog in-between sets:-).
